Whats the differnece b/t Enfamil Lipil and Enfamil Premium?

If my baby is on the lipil can i use the premium. Is it the same?

I believe the premium has live cultures "to aid in digestion." Another gimmick by the formula companies IMO.

So what I get thumbs down because I think it's a gimmick? It is. I fed my son regular Enfamil when he was an infant. I guess I will get more thumbs down for not breast feeding. LMAO I just can't win.
