What's the best nipple to use with AR Lipil (thicker formula)?

Our daughter has been switched to AR Lipil, which is thicker than the regular Enfamil, because she has reflux. We're having a really hard time feeding her because either the nipples have holes that are too small or they are way too fast for her. She is only 3 months old. Any suggestions?

I use the playtex drop in variable with my 9 month old and i don't trim them as the previous answerer said. I tried quite a few types with the enfamil ar and those seemed to work the best.
