Stage 2 formula or 2% milk for 1yr old?

I was just wondering which I should use when my daughter turns 1. I say that Enfamil Lipil next step is 9 to 24 months. So should I give her that until she turns one and then gradually switch to 2% milk or just give milk when she turns one or only give her the formula. (My daughter is 9.5 months now) Thank you!

Well honestly, formula is best, but it does get pricey sometimes. So some people make a half and half mix. 1 part milk, 1 part formula. The problem with using milk for a child under 28 months old is that it's not easy on his/her digestive system. Of course breast milk is best all the way until 2 to 3 years old, but that's also a lot harder in todays world.
